On July 7th, a suspect in Dallas shooting of police officers during a peaceful protest of recent police violence died when law enforcement deployed a remote-controlled bomb-disposal “robot” (doesn’t appear this tech utilized any sensing or thinking required for the contemporary sense-think-act definition of robot) carrying an explosive device.
